New Name of zipForm® to be released on Wednesday, July 1st: Due to internal rebranding efforts by Lone Wolf, zipForm® will now be known as Lone Wolf Transactions, zipForm® Edition beginning on 7/1. The new name will be announced to all C.A.R. members and AEs on Wednesday, by both C.A.R. and Lone Wolf via separate email communications.

To assist our Members, Member’s Clients and the general public, the Greater Downey Association of REALTORS® provides services to assist in resolution of disputes that may arise. We process ethical complaints against REALTOR® members of DAOR and process arbitration between all broker members of DAOR.
